So I was up late last night working on the cover design for IN THE MEADOW. It’s not quite turning out like I had hoped, so I’ve put it down to work on later. But, I am a perfectionist – also not much of an artist, or I at least haven’t been one in a long time – so, it’s not surprising that I’m never satisfied. If I look at Amanda Hocking’s first covers, I know I don’t have anything to worry about. I just need to keep working on it until I like it, then that’s all that’s needed.

I knocked out 1095 words this morning. Now I have five minutes before I have to call the back when it opens and find out why they took $20 out of the business account for some sort of transaction adjustment. The deposit I made yesterday was correct, so I’m not sure where this is coming from. Who knows with the banks. It’s not even a round number, there’s change on it, which tells me it’s the bank that’s made the mistake, since we don’t deal with change in our pricing. Everything is rounded to the nearest dollar.
