Imagine, running out of shows to review. It won’t be long before I have a mad rush of options with the upcoming fall schedule. Until then, I’ll be pulling out some blasts from the past.
This time I’m reviewing an oldy but a goody. Tour of Duty. You can’t get better than this one if you want quality programing that’s good for the whole family. I remember watching this show when it was on prime time. We would be sitting around the table, eating dinner, with the tv turned around so we could see it while we ate.
I was too young to remember what it was about, until I watched it again a few years ago. I was really surprised to find they only had three seasons.
Production value was a little low, but it was in the late 80’s. What can you expect? Not much, really. But, for what it’s worth, not a bad show to watch reruns of on a Saturday afternoon.
If you haven’t seen it, watch it.
