Yesterday I got sidetracked from finishing the scene I was working on – in more ways than one – so today I was able to select an image/symbol and also finish off the scene. I think it worked out well enough, this scene will actually lead directly into the next, where I hope to have a lot of descriptive fun (in a dream, well sort of).

I found the perfect public domain picture to use as the cover that is actually an abstract representation of the symbol in question. It actually worked out great. It’s now influencing the writing as well. I love fiction.

Having a few stresses at my day job, but nothing too terrible. I just wish I was retired or could live off of my writing. It wouldn’t take much. The joys of gainful employment. I mean enslavement.
