Word Count: 4099 Words – Shattered at the Wall
It’s often quite difficult to pick up the pieces once you’ve fallen off the wall. Not long ago, you were the fancy little egg, sitting on the edge, not a care in the world. Then a big gust of wind comes by and knocks you right off your perch.
My particular gust of wind came in the form of a mini working vacation. No writing or editing getting done. Guilt accruing. Self doubt creeping in.
Once you get back, it’s hard as hell to jump back into the swing of things. But, here I go, giving it a try. Hopefully, tomorrow will be a more productive day.
