I did pretty good today until this evening. I managed to keep my calorie count for the day down to 2000 which isn’t too bad. I had to instances of cravings of pizza, but I did thwart them by 1. acknowledging my craving and 2. immediately eating something to tide me over.
I did not order pizza, yet I still slipped a little on my caloric count. I also did not get any diet books read.
Proposed Course-Corrections for Tomorrow:
- I’m starting to run out of food, but still have 3 days before I can buy any more. I have to seriously prepare for the temptation to order pizza in the next three days.
- I need to read from a diet book every day.
