Movie Review: Star Wars 4 – The New Hope
Now we’re old school. This is the movie that I barely remember, but have watched so many times when I was a kid that I know it almost by heart. The special effects are horrendous, but to no fault of its own. They were pretty cutting edge back in the day. I’m surprised Lucas didn’t remake movies 4-6. But, then again, from what I’ve heard, he’s pretty difficult to work with. I’m actually surprised so many have been made so far.
Favorite part of this movie? Darth Vadar. He’s got a much richer background to him now, after watching the first three movies. I was also surprised to see the conversation between Jabba the Hut and Solo at his space ship. I think this is added later, I certainly don’t remember it. On to part 5!
